How do I order with you?
The first step of the process is for you to complete the enquiry form with a brief idea of what you would like. From there we’ll discuss your ideas and answer any questions you may have. Think of it as a consultation where we can develop ideas and come up with your dream design.

Can I buy the clothes I see on your website?
The pieces you have seen on the website are those ordered by my existing clients. Each outfit is individual and unique although it is always possible to create a variation on an idea to suit you the pictures you see are purely for reference and to show you what is possible.

How much will my garment cost?
This is sometimes a tricky area as I do not have fixed prices. Each type of garment has a starting price which moves from there depending on details added and how many colours you would like to use. It is often useful when starting the consultation if you can give me an idea of your budget. That way I can let you know what is possible for however much you’re willing to spend. All garments are tailored fit (known as Made to Measure) so there is no surcharge for that.

Can I have a private consultation?
I would love to meet you and do a face to face consultation. This is how I prefer to work if possible as being able to sit down with a client and get a feel for their likes and dislikes helps an awful lot in the design stages. It also allows me to take all necessary measurements myself to make sure everything is just so. I also like to do a preliminary fitting with all face to face clients just to ensure that fit is bang on.

How do I take my own measurements?
I have a digital form that I will send you at the consultation phase of our conversation it has all the necessary measurements on it and a brief description of exactly where I define the measurements as being. All you need other than that is a tape measure (which I’ll be happy to send you if you don’t have one) and if possible a willing helper!

When will my garment be ready?
I usually have a waiting list which can be anything from a few weeks to a few months depending on how busy a time of year it is. I encourage you not to put it off till the last minute as I hate to disappoint people but I do emphasise that there is no jumping the wait list. You can book as far in advance as you wish to ensure you have your piece in time (advisable for big events such as Halloween or New Years Eve)

Can I return an item?
The simple answer to this question is no, each outfit is individually created to your design and measurements. If there is any kind of problem with the fit of your outfit or a technical fault I will go to all lengths to fix this for you. You can however cancel your order up to 2 weeks prior to the set delivery date.

How do I pay?
At this time I am unable to process card payments but I do accept Bank transfer, Paypal and good old fashioned cash. Any further details required please don’t hesitate to contact me.
